Accident Insurance

Members of Samverk are covered by accident insurance through the insurance company Trygd. The accident insurance covers you if you are injured in connection with an accident. An accident is a sudden event that causes bodily harm.

To receive compensation from the accident insurance, the accident must have resulted in a permanent injury of at least 5% for the injured party. The insurance covers both physical and psychological injuries.

The insurance can also provide compensation for less serious injuries, such as damage to teeth, glasses, or for treatment by a physiotherapist in connection with an accident.

The insurance amount for members of Samverk is DKK 600,000 in the case of 100% disability. The insurance does not cover compensation in the event of death.

Accident insurance is independent of other personal insurances. This means that if you have other personal insurances, it does not affect your right to receive compensation from Accident Insurance as a member of Samverk.
