Employment Terms for Hans Hansen at P/F Arbeiðspláss

1. Hans Hansen is employed at P/F Arbeiðspláss, Býarvegur 1, Tórshavn.The workplace is our store at Býarvegur 1, Tórshavn.
2. Hans Hansen will be a salesperson, responsible for serving and assisting our customers andkeeping the store neat, tidy, and welcoming.
3. Hans Hansen will begin his employment on 1 March 2022.
4. Hans Hansen will be paid hourly and will receive 12% transferred to the holiday fund from his taxable income (A-income).
5. The notice period follows the applicable law as set out in the Employee Act.
6. Hans Hansen will receive an hourly wage of DKK 150, along with 15% pension and 12% holiday pay. The salary will be paid monthly at the end of each month.
7. The standard workweek will average 40 hours. Hans Hansen will work according to a 4-week work schedule, with working hours between 08:00 and 18:00. Additionally, Hans Hansen will work every third Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00.
8. The salary will follow the terms of the wage agreement between Samverk and FAG and will be adjusted according to the provisions of the agreement between Samverk and FAG.
